That's a Lazy Bug which Bit

I prefer all work and play in the hours after noon time mainly cos am not among those lark types. And its one another thing that makes me step behind when it comes to working out/exercise is Laziness.

And that’s when I tried to google on the word Laziness and this is what I found

Ø Laziness (also called indolence) is disinclination to activity or exertion despite having the ability to do so. Chronic laziness may be an underlying psychological condition.
